臭氧水对果蔬农药降解效果怎么样?
       利用臭氧水来去除果蔬农残的方式应用较广,市面上在售的臭氧果蔬清洗机为在家庭中使用臭氧水清洗果蔬提供了简便的方法,为了发明出效果更好的臭氧果蔬清洗装置,在实验室中对臭氧水降解农残的效果也进行了大量的研究,一般臭氧水处理果蔬表面农残的实验装置如图1所示,表1提供了一些文献中对臭氧水在果蔬基质上对某些农药的降解效果。

       臭氧水浸泡对多种农药残留均有良好的去除效果。用浓度为 0.4 mg/kg 臭氧水洗涤 30 min 后,菠菜中毒死蜱、腈菌唑、戊唑醇、联苯菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、顺式氰戊菊酯、苯醚甲环唑、啶虫脒和吡虫啉的残留量分别降低了 53%、72%、73%、62%、67%、65%、78%、68%、64% 和 63%,与自来水清洗相比,清除效果提升了三到四倍。并且处理时间越长效果越好,例如臭氧氧化15 min 可使苹果上毒死蜱、氯氰菊酯、嘧菌酯、己唑醇、甲基对硫磷、百菌清六种农药残留降低 26.91%~73.58%,臭氧氧化 30 min 可使农药残留降低 39.39%~95.14%。
